The two cost different amounts because they do different jobs. Diib is software with live sessions. Total Audits is a specialist’s time every month: a dashboard shows what the data says, a roadmap says what to do first. Diib is considerably cheaper, and for many small sites that is the right choice.
What Diib is and what it costs
Diib describes itself as a growth tool for small businesses and says more than 800,000 businesses use it. You enter your website, and Dash, its AI growth analyst, scans it and shows SEO, AI search and analytics opportunities.
Diib Free
$0 a month. It includes a website health scan, a daily health score, keyword and backlink analysis, competitor benchmarking and a weekly email.
Diib Pro
$29.99 a month. Diib’s help centre says the first month is $99.99, which covers a starter package called Power Start, and that the annual plan is $299 a year. It says there are no contracts and that your rate does not rise while you stay a member. Pro adds diibAssist (questions answered from your own site data), an AI Visibility Score with an action plan, unlimited diib Live sessions, daily monitoring, advanced benchmarking, social media insights and up to 30 websites.
Diib’s pricing page shows the $29.99 monthly price. The $99.99 first month appears in its help centre, so check the checkout before you subscribe.
Why people look for a Diib alternative
There is nothing wrong with a dashboard. Businesses usually look elsewhere when they need something a dashboard does not give them.

The audit is how the roadmap gets built. A specialist works through your site afresh each month, so the roadmap reflects your site as it is now, not as it was at the last review. Every plan also includes local SEO, content gap analysis, competitor research and email support.
The plans differ in how much we look at when we build the roadmap. Essential covers up to 500 pages, Advanced up to 1,000 and Professional up to 3,000. Advanced and Professional add backlink analysis and AI Overview tracking.
AI search, measured two ways
Both products care about being visible in AI answers, and they measure it differently.
Diib’s AI Visibility Score, available on Pro, runs prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and reports where your business is cited, according to Diib. It covers more AI engines than we do.
Our AI Overview tracking shows your business’s appearance in Google AI Overviews for selected keywords. It covers Google only. What we add is a person who reads the result alongside the rest of your roadmap work and decides what to do about it. Neither product can promise that an AI engine will mention you.

Leaving Diib
If you decide to cancel Diib, its help centre says to log in to your dashboard, click My Account, then Billing, then Account Details, and follow the prompts. Diib’s terms also say you can cancel by emailing support@diib.com. If you pay through PayPal, you cancel the Diib agreement in your PayPal settings. Diib says that if you cancel before the end of a period the remaining time is not refunded, and the subscription ends on the next scheduled payment date. Its terms allow a full refund of a recurring Answer Engine payment if you contact support within five days of the purchase. Check Diib’s current terms before you act.

How do I cancel Diib?
Log in, go to My Account, then Billing, then Account Details, and follow the prompts, or email support@diib.com. If you pay through PayPal, also cancel the agreement in PayPal. See the section above for Diib’s refund terms.
Does Diib offer refunds?
Diib’s terms say the remaining time in a paid period is not refunded if you cancel early. They allow a full refund of a recurring Answer Engine payment if you contact support within five days of the purchase. Diib’s Fully Managed and individually purchased services are non-refundable unless requested within 24 hours. These terms were last updated on 7 January 2026.

Will Total Audits improve my rankings?
The roadmap sets out what we found and what to change. Rankings only improve if the changes are made, and even then no one can promise a result. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level or conversion rate.
Can I cancel Total Audits anytime?
Yes. You cancel by emailing us. We keep working until the end of the billing period you have paid for and take no further payment. The current period is not refunded. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
