A monthly SEO roadmap, built from a human-led SEO audit
Every month a specialist audits your site and hands you your organic marketing strategy as a step-by-step list: analytics, content, page optimisation, technical fixes and local SEO. Work through it, then see the results.
Updated every month
Everything in your monthly SEO roadmap
Your whole organic marketing strategy, delivered as a step-by-step list each month. Work through it, then see the results in next month’s report.
A fresh audit, turned into this month’s to-do list
Each month a specialist audits your site afresh and turns what they find into tasks in priority order. It is written for the person who runs the business, not only for the person who builds the website.
Your analytics, explained
Traffic, rankings and enquiries from search: what changed this month, and why.
Content plan and briefs
What to publish next and why, with ready-to-write briefs. Prefer not to write it yourself? We can write it for you.
Homepage and landing page optimisation
Page-by-page guidance on titles, copy, structure and calls to action, so more of your visitors become enquiries.
Technical fixes
A prioritised fix list your developer can work straight through, from crawl and indexing issues to site speed.
Local SEO
Local tasks on every plan: your Google Business Profile, location pages, local listings and reviews. On Advanced and Professional we also manage your Google Business Profile for you.
Profile management: Advanced & ProfessionalBacklink opportunities
Sites worth earning links from and how to approach them, with up to 250 or 500 backlinks analysed.
Advanced & ProfessionalCompetitors and AI search

AI Overview tracking: Advanced & ProfessionalResults, tracked
Next month’s report shows the impact of the tasks you completed, so you can see what is working.
Real people, not cookie-cutter AI.
Your roadmap comes with people behind it, not just a report in your inbox.
Real SEO experts
A specialist works through your site every month and decides what matters for your business, your customers and your competitors. No generic scores, no automated to-do lists.
An account manager you can contact
A real person who knows your site and your roadmap. When a task is unclear, you ask them, not a chatbot.
Regular check-ins
We check in on progress, answer questions and keep the roadmap moving, so it does not sit unread in an inbox.
A bespoke strategy
Your roadmap is built for your business: your analytics, your content plan, your page fixes and your competitors. It is not a template with your URL dropped in.

Why AI search makes a human-led roadmap more useful
People now see AI-written answers before they click a result. The AI summaries Google shows for searches like “SEO audit service” cite ordinary business pages. Being clear, crawlable and credible still comes first.
AI tools can crawl a site in seconds. They cannot decide what your site should say, who it should say it to, or what to fix first when you have one developer and a few hours a month. A specialist can.
AI Overview tracking, which shows your appearance in Google AI Overviews for selected keywords, is included on Advanced and Professional.
Who the roadmap is for
Owners and founders
Small and mid-sized businesses who want to know why their website is not bringing in enquiries.
Teams without an in-house SEO
Teams who need a clear monthly task list to work through or give to a developer or freelancer.
Businesses wary of agency quotes
Businesses that find agency audit quotes hard to justify before they know what is wrong.
This isn’t for you if…
You’re a consumer (we sell to businesses only), you want every change made for you (beyond Google Business Profile management on Advanced and Professional, implementation is yours unless we agree otherwise in writing), or you want guaranteed rankings. Nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic or conversions, and we don’t.
SEO roadmap and audit FAQs
The questions people ask before they subscribe.
Your first audit and SEO roadmap arrive within 7 days of the onboarding form.
Choose your planWhat does an SEO audit include?
An SEO audit reviews how healthy your website is for search. Ours covers your analytics, technical SEO, on-page SEO and content, local SEO, competitor research and site speed on every plan, delivered as a monthly report and SEO roadmap. Advanced and Professional add backlink opportunities and AI Overview tracking. The report highlights the key issues and the actions we recommend.
How much does an SEO audit cost?
Total Audits plans cost £199, £349 or £599 a month, and annual billing gives you two months free. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. One-off agency audits often start from £3,500, and agency SEO retainers often start from £2,000 a month.
How long does an SEO audit take?
You receive your first detailed audit report and SEO roadmap within 7 days of completing the onboarding form. After that you receive a fresh audit and roadmap every month.
What is the monthly SEO roadmap?
Each month you receive a report and SEO roadmap built from a fresh audit of your site. It covers your analytics, a content plan with briefs, homepage and landing page guidance, technical fixes, local SEO and, on Advanced and Professional, backlink opportunities and Google Business Profile management. Every task is set out in priority order, and next month’s report tracks the impact of the work.
Will I speak to a real person?
Yes. Your roadmap is built by an SEO specialist, you have an account manager you can contact, and we check in regularly on your progress. Support is by email, with a reply within 48, 36 or 24 hours depending on your plan.
Do you cover local SEO?
Yes, on every plan. Your roadmap includes local SEO tasks: your Google Business Profile, local pages, local listings and reviews. On Advanced and Professional we also manage your Google Business Profile for you.
What is AI Overview tracking?
AI Overview tracking shows your business’s appearance in Google AI Overviews for selected keywords. It is included on the Advanced and Professional plans and is not part of Essential.
What is the difference between an SEO audit and an SEO tool report?
A tool report lists issues that software has found. An SEO audit from a specialist explains which of those issues matter for your business and what to do about them, as a monthly SEO roadmap with the tasks set out. Tools are a useful starting point, and the judgement on top is the difference.
Will an SEO audit improve my rankings?
An audit finds the problems and recommends what to change. Rankings only improve if the changes are made, and even then no one can promise a result. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level or conversion rate.
Do I have to make the changes myself?
Mostly, yes. On Advanced and Professional we manage your Google Business Profile; other implementation is yours unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can work through the monthly tasks yourself or pass the roadmap to a developer, freelancer or agency, and your account manager is there if you have questions about a task.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, we keep working until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and we take no further payment.
Can I do an SEO audit myself?
You can run a free tool yourself, and it will find real issues. What it cannot do is rank those issues for your business. If you have the time and some SEO knowledge, a tool may be enough to start. If not, a specialist audit saves you the time and the guesswork.
Do I need an SEO audit if my business is small?
Smaller sites are quicker to audit, and Essential covers up to 500 pages. Small sites often have basic faults, such as pages search engines cannot reach or titles that do not match what people search for, that are cheap to fix once you know about them.
Is SEO still worth it now that AI answers appear in search?
Yes. People still search, and AI answers now appear in the results too. Your site still needs to be crawlable, clear and credible to compete in both. An audit checks those basics, and our Advanced and Professional plans include AI Overview tracking, which shows your appearance in Google AI Overviews for selected keywords. We cannot promise that any AI tool will mention your business.
Do you work with businesses in the UK and the US?
Yes. Prices are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($). Your currency will update at checkout. Payment is taken through Stripe by card or Direct Debit.
