A one-off audit is a single report that ages as your site changes. A retainer pays an agency to plan and do the work, which is why it costs more. Total Audits sits between the two: a roadmap every month, an account manager to ask, and the changes made by you, your developer or your agency.

Currency
Prices are shown in pounds or US dollars, depending on your location. Your currency will update at checkout.
VAT and sales tax
All prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
Payment
Through Stripe, by card or Direct Debit, in advance. Monthly plans bill each month, annual plans once a year, and renew until you cancel.
Price changes
If we change our prices, you get at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies to your subscription.
Cancel anytime
Cancel by email at any time. We keep working until the end of the billing period you have paid for and take no further payment. We do not refund the part of a billing period you have already paid for. Full details: Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
What happens after you subscribe
- Choose a plan and check out through Stripe.
- Complete the onboarding form and give us access to your analytics and Search Console.
- Your first report and SEO roadmap arrive within 7 days of the form, followed by a check-in with your account manager.
- Every month after that, an updated roadmap built from a fresh review of your site.
- Implementation beyond Google Business Profile management on Advanced and Professional, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Guarantees of rankings, traffic, conversions or mentions in AI answers, because nobody can promise them.

Pricing FAQs
How much does an SEO audit cost?
It depends on who does it and how often. Total Audits plans cost £199, £349 or £599 a month, and each gives you a monthly SEO roadmap built from a fresh review of your site. SEO software often starts from £100 a month, one-off agency audits often start from £3,500, and agency SEO retainers often start from £2,000 a month, usually with a 6-month minimum. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax.
What is the monthly SEO roadmap, and what does it cost?
Each month a specialist reviews your site and writes your roadmap: the research, the issues we found, the game plan and the monthly tasks that spell out exactly what to do, with your analytics, competitor information and the impact of the work tracked. It is included in every plan and is not priced separately. See everything it includes.
What is the difference between the three plans?
Every plan includes the monthly roadmap, an account manager and regular check-ins, local SEO guidance, content briefs and competitor research. Essential crawls up to 500 pages, Advanced up to 1,000 and Professional up to 3,000. Advanced and Professional add Google Business Profile management, backlink opportunities (up to 250 and 500 backlinks) and AI Overview tracking. Technical and site speed depth increase with each plan, and email support replies within 48, 36 or 24 hours.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free. Essential is £1,990 a year, Advanced £3,490 and Professional £5,990, instead of £2,388, £4,188 and £7,188 when paid monthly.
Do the prices include VAT or sales tax?
No. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies to your business, it is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
Which currency will I pay in, and do you work with businesses in the UK and the US?
We work with businesses in both. Prices are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($). Your currency will update at checkout.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken through Stripe, by card or Direct Debit, in advance at the start of each billing period.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Monthly plans have no minimum term and renew each month until you cancel. Annual plans are paid once for the year, and if you cancel we keep working until the end of the year you have paid for.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime by email. When you cancel, we keep working until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and we take no further payment. We do not refund the part of a billing period you have already paid for. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
How does Total Audits compare with a monthly SEO retainer?
A retainer usually pays an agency to plan and carry out the work, often from £2,000 a month with a 6-month minimum. Total Audits gives you the plan, an account manager and regular check-ins, and Google Business Profile management on Advanced and Professional. You, your developer or your agency make the other changes. That is why the price is lower, and why the two are not like for like.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. Pricing is flat-rate. The checkout total is the plan price plus any VAT or sales tax that applies.
